None of our products (or their constituent parts) have been tested on animals or contain any animal parts. All our fragrances have been dermatologically tested, and our waxes are plant-based.

All our wax melt packaging is made from recyclable materials. Our clamshells are made from recyclable PET plastic. Our delivery boxes are made of mostly-recycled cardboard and can be wholly recycled, while the shredded paper within is both recyclable and compostable. Our candle and melt waxes are made using sustainably sourced rapeseed and coconut oil. The oilseed rape comes from established farms in Europe and the coconut oil from small-scale farms in various locations, reducing emissions from transport as much as possible.

Our wax melts are packed full of rich oils to last far beyond the industry standard. One cube easily lasts 3-4 burns (at 4 hours each) while producing a consistently strong scent. Further burns are possible, but a variety of factors including room size, draughts, and background odours can impact the poignancy of the scent. For maximum scent, we suggest replacing the cube after 2 burns.

Eternal Essence only ships to the UK Mainland.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days, but during peak times this may take longer. Once dispatched, we aim to have parcels arrive within 5 working days – however, as we use a third-party courier service, this is dependent on them and may also take longer during busy periods. If any deliveries are delayed, or if any other issues occur, we will send you an E-mail with any updates as soon as we get them.
